Thank you for your e-mail, any footage that is taken from the bus is only stored if an incident has occurred. Only certain members have access and it is the same with our smart cards. Due to data protection information stored on our database is not used in any way to check on passengers and would only be if as stated above an incident had happened whilst travelling on our service. I hope this eases your concerns and assure you that details are only taken for information and that the images which you see on our cameras are for the safety of passengers.
